E.l.f. smudge brush. I bought three E.l.f. brushes: concealer brush, blending brush and smudge brush (the one with the white handle, obviously). While I am happy with the purchase overall, I’m less than convinced that the concealer brush and blending brush are as good as it gets. There could well be better ones out there. (Cheaper? Probably not.) The smudge brush though, so pleased with its performance!
I’ve tried a few different foot feeling masks now, my favorite so far is this one:
I shall tell you why: feet peel quicker than with other masks I’ve tried, deeper peel and rather than peeling a bit at a time for days and days, more skin peeled off at the same time, for about three days and then it was done. You just have to appreciate that.
If you haven’t tried foot peeling masks yet you need to get to it! Foot cream and files is all good and well, but this stuff! Makes so much more of a difference.
PMS-podden. Still! Had to run to the library to get their book too. I wish you could all read it.

Vegan brownie with roasted hazelnuts by @michalakramer 💗 • 160g Vegan sugar • 5 tsp coconut oil • 1 vanilla pod • 2 sp cinnamon • 3 sp cacao powder • 200g chocolate (or cacao) • 170g organic flour • 1 tsp baking powder • 250 ml soya, almond or oat milk small tsp of sea salt ~ mix and sieve all the dry Ingredients together and then add the milk (use a blender) Add roasted hazelnuts in the dough if you like or on top. Bake at 175c degrees for 25-30 minutes until cooked on the outside but still gooey in the middle. #bestofvegan

Yeayea. Mustn’t complain. I was far less exhausted during this cycle than the one before. I wonder why that is. Magnesium? Stretching? Zinc?
Apparently zinc is more important than I thought/knew. I was just taking it just in case, because there are studies saying there’s a connection between zinc deficit/becoming vegetarian at a young age and PCO.
Not that I’ve kept track, but I seem to recall the introduction of zinc supplements coinciding with the return of semi-regular cycles.
But more than anything I’m a big believer in magnesium. Emphasis on believer.
Yeayea, I’m probably peeing it all out, but one shouldn’t underestimate the effect of placebo. I’ll take anything I can get.
